[ARCHIVED] Connecting the Pearson App

I have connected the Pearson App through my FFT Canvas account and am using it in my course.  The only issue is that I am supposed to see a sync button to sync the grades from the Pearson content and quizzing as well as auto create the pearson assignments in canvas and I don't see that button.  Does anyone know if this is due to my account being the FFT instead of a paid version?

The pearson content I am using is the my lab and mastering content.

Hi Mariah,

I'm sorry that you haven't received any reply to your query up to now.  Do I understand correctly that the synch button you are looking for should be evident within the Pearson UI itself?  Out of curiosity, did you also seek assistance from Pearson Support?

Hi there - Thanks for your response.  Not to worry, this was managed and fixed within a week of my posting this comment.  It was an issue of connection on the Pearson end.  Once fixed, this worked beautifully.
