[ARCHIVED] Copied a course but no content?

I just had my colleague create a new course shell for me, and I am trying to copy in content from last year's cohort for the same course.

I have tried to import the content from the existing course a few times, but all I get is one Page from the existing course, rather than all the modules etc.  I am flummoxed - any ideas as to why only one page from the course would be copying over?

I'm sorry to hear your course isn't Copying over! If the Page titles are the same within the two Courses, those will could get overwritten, however you may want to contact Canvas Support so they can take a closer look at what might be going on.

Just to confirm, are you following the steps found in our guide How do I copy content from another Canvas course using the Course Import tool? ?
