[ARCHIVED] Copy Quiz to Another Course Missing Questions

I copied a 200 point quiz (which was created from the quiz bank) to other courses but only 161 points are showing.  Some questions say, "This question group is set to pick more questions than are available" but I know that the bank has 2-3 questions and I'm only asking to chose 1.  I also cannot view which questions it has an issue with.

It sounds like some of your question banks might not have copied to the new course when you imported the quiz.  I would delete the quiz, and this time copy it by going to course settings, import course content, and selecting content type copy a canvas course.  After you select the course to copy, and choose copy specific content, you will have the option to select the quiz and related question banks.

We have two instructors that lost their final exam question banks in the course copy process. To remedy the problem, one tried exporting the final from the previous course as a QTI zip file. When that was uploaded to the new course the questions were missing. The final fix was to create a quiz in the previous course and choosing questions from the question bank. When that exam was exported and imported, it worked. We are advising instructors to double check all content after copying a course.
