[ARCHIVED] Course Invitations not being received

I set up students in the course to receive the invitation link.  They all appear as pending in the course, however none of them have received the link?  Any help on what I'm doing wrong?

Hi Amber and Welcome to the Canvas Community!

I see that you are using FFT and that your course is in a published state.  Is it possible that you sent the invitations before publishing the course?  Since you published the course have you tried resending the invites, either individually or using the batch resend link on the course People tab?  I do see that some students have accepted the invites so it appears some got through.

We used a SIS import to add our users to Canvas. Currently we are adding individuals to courses. I understand the invitations to join the course are not sent until the course is published. However, we seem to have some individuals who receive the emails and some who do not. Anyone have any ideas what might be the issue?
