[ARCHIVED] Course Link Validator issues

Our course link validator keeps coming back with these 'broken links'. However, in the blueprint, these open correctly to the appropriate external page, or in the case of an internal resource; download the appropriate file. I fixed many of these broken links last week which linked to 'Class activity #X' and such. Now though, many are coming back as:

"External links in this resource were unreachable:

•  download?wrap=1"

For example though, in the blueprint, in the Trainer Resources - Interpreting Plans and Specifications' page there are two PDF resources. Both download fine for me. 

The daily report is coming back with this message too:

In MYF.2.0 Monitoring Business Performance (H), students are clicking COGS Monthly Expenditure - Domestic Building Project PDF to content in a different course. To check for other broken links, visit the Course Link Validator.

However again, this resource on Locked content downloads fine for me from the blueprint. Some students though are apparently not experiencing the same result.

Yes - thank you. It was the way the client was copying the course over. Thanks

Sorry, it's not clear to me what the solution was.  

Is it a non-issue, and just a reporting problem that should be ignored?

Is there a way to fix it?
