[ARCHIVED] Course Navigation not visible for a teacher.

I'm the admin of our Canvas instance and one of my teachers is not able to see the course navigation menu, when others are able to see it. Where I go to make sure he can see the menu that the other teachers can see?

It is possible that the teacher has collapsed the menu.  To restore it, click the 3 lines (hamburger) next to the course title in the upper left corner of the course window.  It's a toggle to show/hide the course navigation menu.
