I'm trying to guess what you mean about colours of course title. Wondering if it's the course card on the dashboard you are referring to. Would that be right?
Here's a guide to help you with course cards https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10588-4212717404 The part you need is under 'Create Nickname'. It indicates where you can change the colour as well as the name.
