[ARCHIVED] Creating a Questionnaire in Canvas

Hi All

I have been asked by a member of staff to add this questionnaire to the end of a course in canvas.  It is possible to create this questionnaire in Canvas using the Quiz function ?  any advice will be appreciated, thank you.

I have attached a copy of the questionnaire with this message.

Yes, you can create a Survey from the quiz tool to ask these questions:

Thank you for your reply and it does make sense that Canvas cannot do everything for you and if you download the survey results as a csv file in Excel, you can then manipulate the data.

After hours of searching the forums I found out the best way to create the survey i needed was to to use the Likert scale quiz method.   How do I create Likert scale quiz questions? 

I have attached a screenshot of the graded survey I created based on the Likert scale.  I hope that that makes sense.
