How can I make a module/Course for everyone to access, even new people coming into the system/school and then place it in the commons.?

Hello there,  @marquis_dotson  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thank you for posting your question.  These Guides should help you share content from your course to Commons:

• How do I share a document, image, video, or audio file to Commons?

You should be able to share your content only with people at your school (instead of yourself and/or the public) so that your colleagues can then import that content into their own course(s).
