Hello Linda,

Can you clarify what you mean by "the Dashboard will not work"? What, specifically, are you seeing?

You'll want to make sure that you are using a supported web browser ( https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Basics-Guide/What-are-the-browser-and-computer-requirement... ). Do you see the same thing if you tryin a different web browser?
