[ARCHIVED] Data Engineering Course and PostgreSQL issues

I am trying to download version 13.6 of PostgreSQL for Windows for the Data Engineering certificate course I am working in, and I keep getting an error stating it could not contact the server. I've tried multiple times, reboots, etc. and can't get it to load. Has anyone run into this too and have any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide.

This is a public discussion board for Canvas users from different schools all over the world.  I'm afraid we have no access to your course nor any information about specific course contents.  You will want to contact your instructor or Canvas Support at your school to investigate the download link to determine why it is not working.
