[ARCHIVED] Dates auto jump to Jan 01, 2025 and I can't release courses!

Trying to release a course to students today, Under 'participation', I chose 'course' and today's date at 4 pm. When I save details in reverts to Jan 01, 2025.

If Canvas is showing that as your Term's start date, then it is quite likely that your Canvas Admin has inadvertently set an incorrect Term date for your school's Canvas Account, and locked teachers from changing it. I would contact your school's Canvas Admin for assistance. Just one question, though, is your course published? It will also need to be published for your students to access it.
