The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December. Read our blog post for more info about this change.
I'm trying to reduce our active user list in our Canvas account. Many of our students have left our institute, but we need their course information data intact. Since there is no way to "deactivate" an account how do I accomplish getting a student account to show as an "inactive user".
I'm here to ask the same question... I would be really grateful for any kind of hint!
