The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December. Read our blog post for more info about this change.
There is a problem with my old account, Idk but i could not login with my mail which already registered. The system has just gave me a different new account. I want to completely delete old posts in my old account. Can you help me please?
Solved! Go to Solution.
@Sunn We've closed the Sunny4 account as you've requested. To ensure that you don't encounter this particular issue again, always use the same Canvas instance to authenticate into this forum, as described more fully in How do I log into the Community with my Canvas acc... ...and if it should happen, users can close their own accounts through their profile settings.
@Sunn The posts you made with the old profile are no longer publicly viewable.
Are you referring to a duplicate community profile? If so, please provide the URLs here for both of the profiles and indicate which of the two you'd like to retain so we can look into correcting this for you.
Hi Stefanie,
https://community.canvaslms.
Please completely delete all posts and profile posted on Sunny4, my old profile. Don't delete Sunn please, the new profile your system has given me.
But if you need to delete both, you could.
Thanks

Thank you, could you also delete all my posts?
