Welcome to the Canvas Community. Thank you for posting your question. Are you asking about the comments that you can leave on a student's submitted assignment on the right side of the SpeedGrader? If so, then you can follow the steps in this Guide to delete those comments: How do I leave feedback comments for student submissions in SpeedGrader? (scroll about 2/3 the way down the screen where you see the "X" icon in the screen shots). If you are wondering about how to delete annotations that you are making on student's submitted work, this Guide describes how you can delete those annotations: How do I add annotated comments in student submissions using DocViewer in SpeedGrader?.
