Hi all,
I'm an instructor and had a student who didn't submit an assignment. I selected "No evidence" for all outcomes in the rubric for that assignment. After working with the student on a support plan, we agreed that the assignment would be excused. I would like to clear the rubric so that no levels are selected and it will not factor into her grades, but I can't find a way to do that. It will allow me to change levels but not to clear the selection completely. I'd appreciate any advice on how to do that.
Thanks!

Hi,
I make use of rubrics quite a lot and haven't been able to find a way to clear a selected level for a criteria. However your question prompted me to search for an answer: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Question-Forum/Resetting-the-given-rubric-in-an-assignment/td-p/1... recommends deleting the numeric value from each criteria which seems to work. This doesn't work though if the rubric doesn't have point values.
