Are you asking about the design tools from CIDI Labs?

If so, then  Check out the discussions here CIDI Labs DesignPLUS It also includes a link to DesignPLUS CIDILabs

This is a paid product, and if your school has purchased this product, then you might want to check with your school's Canvas Admin/Support department. I do note that North Alabama does have an Online Support page. It looks mostly student specific, but it might be a place to start.
