[ARCHIVED] Difficulty Sharing Canvas Quizzes to other Courses and other People

I am having a hard time sharing my Canvas Quizzes under the "new quiz" category with myself across other courses and with others via Commons. When I take the appropriate steps of "copy to" or "share to commons" it simply doesn't do it. Please help!

I'm having the same issue with only a "new quiz".
