[ARCHIVED] Disable Student Ability to Add Personal Email Address to Canvas Account

As district Canvas admin, is there a way to disable the option for our students to add their personal email account to their Canvas account settings? Teachers who use Google Drive LTI are finding if students add their personal email, the Google documents in an assignment are not available because they are trying to authenticate to an outside domain. I would like to remove + Email Address under the Ways to Contact section of student account settings. Can this be done?
