I like the look of the "High-Contrast" but it has underlined links (which I don't like). Is there a way I can disable "Underline links" while enabling "High-Contrast"?

This is only a guess, but I would say this might only be possible if your school's local Canvas admin or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department added some custom CSS or JavaScript code...and even that isn't something I'm sure would be possible. If there was custom code that made that available, it might change the setting for all Canvas users at your school...not just you.
