I've probably just missed this, but... When making a question in the 'multiple dropdown' format, is there a way to make sure the correct answer is not always the first one in the list of possible answer choices?

Indeed you can shuffle the answers around. here's an example from Cornell Creating a Multiple Dropdowns Question for a Quiz: Canvas@Cornell Resource Library.
