I am new to using Canvas. It seems more and more of my high school students are creating a duplicate account because they say their password and/or email isn't working even though I've asked them to use their school email and write down their password. Is there a way for me to see their password? Can the student ask to reset the password? How should I handle the duplicate accounts so I don't delete an account where they've already submitted work? Thanks.
