How do I edit an assignment from a blue print course when the option is not there?

Hi  @nursingeducatio  

You cannot modify an assignment associated from a BluePrint course. It either has to be edited in the BluePrint, or unlocked from the BluePrint.

You will need to contact your school's Canvas Admin/Support department.
