If I notice that an answer is wrong to a quiz question, how can I change it and update for all students?

Hello  @smcduffyoatis ...

You'll need to go to your quiz, edit the quiz, and then go to the specific question you need to edit.  Update the question, and then save the changes to the quiz as a whole.  You can find many different Guides about specific question types using this link.  Next, you'll want to take a look at this Guide: What options can I use to regrade a quiz in a course?.
