How do I send a group email to the students enrolled in a course I am teaching?

Hi  @snyderj  Welcome to the Canvas Community!

Within Canvas you cannot do this, because Canvas does not have an email tool.

However, Canvas does have a messaging system called "Inbox" that is designed/intended for communication between course members.

I would suggest reviewing the Inbox chapter of the Canvas Instructor Guide; but specifically check out https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12740-4152719683

I saw the inbox in Canvas but when I clicked on it nothing happened.

GuessIll have to read the mentioned instructions.
