I am not sure why you would be receiving this error message. It almost sounds like something might be incorrect as far as the LTI and the request it is making to access your Onedrive account from Canvas.

Hello. Is this still happening? When we installed the OneDrive LTI on our UAT environment, it's prompting an error when we click on OneDrive LTI on a rich content editor. So we're not sure if it's okay to install the LTI in Live. Please advise. Thank you.
