[ARCHIVED] Error Message: Contact Your Teacher

I give assignments as an External Tool with Google Drive and had a small group of students in early April receiving this message,  "You do not have access to this document.  Please contact your teacher."  It has dwindled down to one student now.  Attached is what the message looks like and below is how my assignment submission type is set up.  How can I get my student access to the assignment besides sending him links?

Hello  @michael_soapes  and welcome to the Community.  I apologize that it has taken so long for anyone to answer your question.  1.  Has this issue been resolved?  2. Was your student using their school account to access this assignment?

1. I had one student up until the end of the year state that the issue was not resolved. Since the students worked from home, I was unable to confirm.

2. The student was using the school account.

We are having this problem, but it isn't consistent.  It happens just here or there and not with all students or a whole class.  It could be a single student in the class.

This happened to me today - with a single student. I have no idea why.

It's happening to a handful of my students, as well.
