I am in the process of grading assignments. For a few of the assignments, I cannot see the text of a file that a student has uploaded. Instead, I receive this error message:
Your LTI tool has been misconfigured, please contact your institution's Canvas Admin.
What should I do?

Without being able to access your school's Canvas environment or your course in question, this might be a bit hard to troubleshoot here in the Community. Which LTI app integration are you seeing this error message in? As that error message suggestion, you may need to reach out to your school's local Canvas administrator. I searched your school's website, and I found the following page: Learning Technology Center | University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Hopefully there are some resources there that will allow you to contact your school's local Canvas administrator.
