We are building an app to be listed in EduApp center, I see the extensions or app placement has been changed in Canvas.

I was trying to add an app in "Editor of RCE" but the app never appeared. Has anything changed?

Is the App using LT1 1.1? Managing external app placements in the App Configuration page in course settings only applies to LTI 1.1 tools.
