On an upcoming test most students will get 150 minutes - 7:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on April 28. Four students need to be allowed an extra 75 minutes, or 225 minutes total until 11:15 p.m. What data should be typed in the Details section for the test?

Basically, when should the test be "Available" and/or "Due" - the latest time? What should the Time Limit say? How can the test be limited to 150 minutes for the majority of the class, while allowing an extra 75 minutes for 4 students?
Note - what I did to Moderate a test the last time did not work - the 4 students who were supposed to get extra time got cut off after 150 minutes.
