Sorry to read that your daughter was having submitting assignments and quizzes to her instructor. Did your daughter, by chance, reach out to her instructor to inquire about this? Since the vast majority of Community members do not have access to your daughter's Canvas environment and her course(s) in question, it is a little difficult to troubleshoot this kind of question. I would recommend that her instructor be contacted (if not done so already). Another option would be to reach out to Canvas Technical Support.
