I am using a fill in multiple blanks type question in a quiz. The answers are numeric.
For example:
Question: The net income for the month of March is [FILL IN] and for the month of April is [FILL IN].
Assume the correct answers are
March $1,000,000
April $1,250,000
I want canvas to accept as correct:
March,
$1,000,000 or $1000000 or $1,000,000.00 or $1000000.00 or 1,000,000 or 1000000 or 1,000,000.00 or 1000000.00 (or even 1 Million)
Similarly... if I want the student to answer "Debit" but i also would accept "Dr" or even just a "D"
Looking for suggestions on how to approach this.
Thanks
I have a similar question. I want a feature that allows multiple numeric answers same as fill in multiple blanks. For example: Fill in the slope and y-intercept for this graph. Right now I have to create 2 separate questions that restrict it to a number or do one question with fill in multiple blanks, but then come up with every possible way they could input the number, like 0.5, .5, 0.50, etc. Why can't we have this --> it seems so obvious a need.
