I'm not sure if you realized this or not, John, but you have posted your question in the global Canvas Community website where people from all over the world come to ask questions, suggest new Feature Ideas, write blogs, collaborate with others, join groups, review "how to" written Guides and video tutorials, and a whole lot more...all about Canvas. Unfortunately, the vast majority of people here in the Community would not be able to help answer your question. The best advice that I can give you is to reach out to your admissions department directly at your school...as they should be able to help you with your PIN number...or at least steer you in the right direction with someone who can help you at your school.
