[ARCHIVED] Free Teacher Account and Class Code

Hello,

My district hasn't purchased Canvas, so I'm using a free teacher account.  I was able to merge my curriculum cassette into my Canvas to help deliver the course to my students, but have no idea where to find the course code to give to my students so they can take the course.  Is this something that is available with a free account?

Hi @BusinessAHS 

Nope, you can find it on the Settings page of your course..........

• Scroll to bottom of Settings page,
• Click "More options",
• Then check the box that reads "Let students self-enroll by sharing with them a secret URL",
• The page will then display the link you can send to your students.
