[ARCHIVED] Getting duplicate assignments even though I didn't create duplicate assignments! Why?

Please list the reasons we would be getting duplicate assignments if we didn't create duplicates.

Can you provide more information?  Where are you seeing the duplicate assignments?  How are you creating the assignments that are then duplicated?

I am getting the same thing!  Nearly all of my assignments duplicated, even though I created them in that class and did not duplicate them.  When going to "Assignments" they preview as a group in Modules - Week 3, Week 4 etc. and then are grouped again below without the Modules designation.

In my "Grades" area, I am also seeing a note that says "MANUAL" below the duplicate assignments.
