[ARCHIVED] Google Assignment LTI - Student got this message "No preview available"

I gave my students an assignment using the Google assignment LTI. 12 of 14 students had no problems. However, one student got this message so was unable to access the file. "No preview available". Does anyone know why this message appeared and what to do so the student access the document? Thanks in advance for any help you could give.

I'm also having this problem.  Some additional information: some students are able to access the quiz on their phone but not their iPad. I had one student who tried on her personal device, school issued iPad, and then tried logging into her Canvas account onto an iPad where a student had been able to access the quiz and complete it and it still said "no Preview available"
