I have a student who cannot open a Google Cloud document. Their Google integration is authorized, they can open their Google Drive successfully from the course menu of this same course. When they open the assignment, they see the Google prompt to request permission from the document's owner to view the doc. The prompt indicates that they are logged in to their district account. So, somewhere there seems to be a disconnect in the automatic sharing permissions that should be applied when the doc is shared through the integration, but other students are not running into this issue and are able to open the doc and submit successfully. We've gone through the normal trouble shooting steps with the Google integration and that hasn't resolved the issue, but it doesn't really seem to be tied to this student's authorization of the integration because they can open their Google Drive from within Canvas. The parent has tried different browsers, different devices, and even tried connecting via a different internet connection with no success. Her other child is able to open Google Assignments succesfully when logged in to the same devices. I'm stumped. Any thoughts? Has anyone else run into this and found a solution?

In my experience when students have difficulties accessing the google cloud
assignment this has been the main issue.
Hope that helps

We've tried 3rd party cookies. The issue is across browsers and across devices. It is not uniform across different features of the Google integration: Google Drive opens without issue, it is strictly an issue with Cloud assignments and with a particular account. In the authentication window we see the urls flicker between our google url and our SAML url and then get a 500 error.
