[ARCHIVED] Google Submission Marked Late

I'm an instructor having issues with my students' assignments incorrectly being marked late on Canvas. Assignments that students submit through the Google Assignments LTI 1.3 are being marked late. It appears in Canvas the submission time is being recorded as when the instructor grades it in Google Assignments...not when the student submits it in Google Assignments. This appears to also be a current issue posted in Google's support forums as well (https://support.google.com/edu/assignments/thread/69495541?hl=en). Any ideas on how to fix this or when it will be fixed?

I have been having this same issue - and now, when I use the Google Assignments rubric to grade, every time I score one part of the rubric, I receive an individual email from Canvas saying the student has submitted the assignment late.
