[ARCHIVED] Grade book problems

I am experiencing a problem with my grade book in one of my classes. The students are saying that they took the quiz, but it is not populating in the grade book column. How can I rectify this? Where did I go wrong? My other 2 classes all posted correctly. Please help, David

Are these actual Canvas quizzes or from a 3rd party site like a textbook publisher?  If they are from Canvas, are you sure the quizzes are set up to be Graded Quizzes and not Practice Quizzes?  That is the only way I can think of why the grades have not posted.  If it's an external site I'd check to see if the sync is turned on.  With most of the textbook publisher content you might have a link on the left side bar to get into the interface, then look for some links related to grade syncing.
