[ARCHIVED] Graded Surveys with incorrect answers

In what situation would you see the rocket icon for a graded survey? It's appears as if the system has marked answers as incorrect but I'm not sure how that could happen. Anybody have any ideas?

Just a follow up, Canvas will not allow us to change the icon to a grade in any way. This survey is in a blueprinted course and none of the other courses are seeing the same behavior.

I have created a graded survey and somehow students are getting feedback that their answers are incorrect. They're still getting full credit, but some of the questions are on slightly sensitive topics, and so students seeing "incorrect" is problematic. Is anyone looking into this?
