[ARCHIVED] Grades Showing in the iOS/Andriod app but shouldn't show up at all

I have hidden Grades on my canvas courses, as I am using a spreadsheet in place of.

However, a number of students have mentioned and shown me a 'score' displaying on their smart phone's canvas app.  These student acknowledge that they cannot see their grades on the website, and yet have a 'score' on the mobile app.

My question:  How can I turn this off?  (i.e. how can I stop any score/grade from showing up - especially on the mobile app?)

I don't know of a way to hide on the web but not the mobile apps, so my assumption is this is a bug or issue with the app. I would highly suggest you report it to your local tech support so they can create a Canvas Support ticket. You can also have your students report a problem under the Help section of the app. 

There was an update to the iOS version of Canvas Student 6.9.6 that did address some grade visibility issues, so you might want to check with your students if the update fixed the issue. I'll keep you up to date if I hear anything else.
