[ARCHIVED] Grades from a "New Quiz"

I made a quiz that allowed 3 attempts with the highest grade to be recorded in the New Quiz format. After the students took the quiz the scores populated the Grade section of Canvas as "0" and students saw a grade of 0. Why? I can see the proper score in Moderate but why can't I see it on Grades? I also cannot overide in Speedgrader. How do I fix this so the students and I can easily see the grades and not a 0?

I would assume you've made some changes in the quiz after it was deployed? if so, you need to update it in order to see score.

Nope. No changes were made.  The scores just say 0.
