[ARCHIVED] Grades showing as missing

Students are seeing a label that says MISSING in grades function, even though work was turned in on time and has received a grade. How can I remove that MISSING label?

Alternatively, you can do this in Gradebook or Speedgrader.

How do I use the Gradebook? (Look for the View Grades Detail Tray heading.)

How do I use SpeedGrader? (Look for the View Submission Status heading.)
