I am trying to input grades but have a rocket in the column I want to input grades in. It won’t take the grade?

Hi Frank, the rocket sign means that the quiz has been submitted but there must be questions that require manual grading. You should be able to double click on the rocket to then add a score or click on the top right corner to get more options:
