[ARCHIVED] Granting computer camera/microphone access

Hi there! I am trying to use Canvas' media recording option, but keep receiving an alert to grant access to my computer's microphone and camera.  Unfortunately, the alert doesn't give me anything to click on to do so.  Has anyone run into this issue?

Thanks for posting about this in the Community. I hope you are doing well today. 

I understand that you are having trouble granting permission to your Camera and Microphone. 

• Typically this is a browser setting that you can enable and disable. HERE is a guide for Chrome. HERE is a guide for Firefox. 
• If you are using a MAC, you can access the System Preferences and Privacy and Security to see what apps your Camera and Microphone are allowed to access under the Privacy tab. 
• In some cases you might need to clear your cache and cookies if the access has been allowed and it is still saying that it is blocked. Here are some guides for doing that in MAC and PC.
