Good morning, @Joda1 ...
Yes, you can cross-list all three courses together so that all the enrollments will be in one course. However, when you look at your "People" page of your course after the cross-listing is completed, you'll see your students separated out by section. Cross-listing moves all enrollments (not content) from one course to another, and it's entirely possible to cross-list three courses together. You just have to make sure that you are specifying which of your three courses you want all your students to be fed into. Here's what to do:
- Decide which of the three courses you want all students fed into. We'll call this course "A".
- Log in to course "B".
- Follow the steps outlined in this Guide (if you are not able to do this on your own, you'll need to speak with your school's local Canvas administrator who could do this for you): How do I cross-list a section in a course as an instructor?.
- When searching for a course, enter the course number or name of course "A", and then complete the cross-list.
- Log in to course "A", and go to "People" to confirm that students from course "A" and "B" are listed.
- Log in to course "C".
- Repeat steps 3, 4, and 5 (this time checking to see that students from course "C" are also listed in "People").
I hope this will help a bit. Sing out if you have any other questions about this...thanks! Take care, stay safe, and be well.
