Hello @EstherMaize ...

I'm not sure if this will help or not, but could you try logging in to your school's "Test" or "Beta" Canvas environment to see if those grades exist there?  These two environments are different than the normal "Production" Canvas environment that you typically log in to on a day-to-day basis.  Here are a few Guides on how to access each of these environments:

• How do I access the Canvas test environment as an instructor?
• What is the Canvas beta environment?
• How do I access the Canvas beta environment as an instructor?

The idea here is to see if the final grades are listed in either of these two environments (because they are almost essentially copies of the "Production" environment).  If you do see those final grades, you could then have two browser windows open...and you could probably manually transfer those grades that you lost.

Finally, I always make sure to tell folks that if they use either of these two environments ... be sure to log out of "Test" or "Beta" before returning to your school's normal "Production" environment.

How do I log out of Canvas as an instructor?
