I have two middle school math teachers that are going to be teaching 7th grade math and 8th grade math 5 sections a day, BUT.. they are are going to have 1 EC section, 2 Regular Sections and 1 Advanced Section.
Normally when they teach they can input the material in one time and share it among all sections. BUT this doesn't work well when the EC section doesn't move as fast and the Advanced section will be doing extra or more advanced work.
Ideas on how I can help them get this setup correctly before school starts?
@Gina_Hutchens , maybe I’m not understanding the question, but can’t you separate them into three different classes in Canvas? EC, regular, and advanced? Copy the content over into the three courses, but then let the teacher pick the due dates and add extra content as needed.
Our school would likely set this up as @kona has suggested, but you do have other options if this must be accomplished in one Canvas classroom - and I can see course management advantages to doing it that way.
