How can I hide results in the gradebook of an exam result?

Hi  @geoff_meyer   These documents describe the process of hiding a grade in the grade book, How do I hide grades that were previously posted in the Gradebook? and How do I select a grade posting policy for an assignment in the Gradebook?).  It is worth reading all of the notes on these pages since, as they describe, hiding a grade impacts what students see in term of their grade. 

Depending on your specific needs, hiding a grade may work.  You might also check out these documents in case you are primarily concerned with students see questions and answers (What options can I set in a quiz?   or How do I manage settings for an assessment in New Quizzes?).
