[ARCHIVED] Highlighting in Speedgrader still obscures text in Safari

Using the highlight tool in the Speedgrader in Safari v14 still obscures the text (in the DocViewer). This was reported to be fixed here: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Current-Issues/Highlights-are-opaque-when-viewed-with-Safari-13/t...

However this is not my experience.

Have you reported this to the Canvas Help Desk folks?  If you are still experiencing that behavior in the SpeedGrader, I'd suggest reporting it so they can further investigate this with you.  Once you have contacted them and hopefully found a resolution, please come back to this topic to provide an update...thanks!

I have not. Honestly, I am pretty lost in these new forums. The only thing I could figure out was posting this in the "question forum". All the other choices were Greek to me. 

I will try as you suggest.

Update: I checked just now and the Help menu item on our Canvas implementation has virtually none of the links described in the support page you linked to. The only one that goes directly to Instructure is the "suggest a feature" link. The rest go to our IT support group. Of course, I am in contact with them often but I thought this was clearly a Canvas bug that they cannot do anything about.
